Welcome to The Angela Webster Education Trust
|
This charitable trust has been set up in memory of Angela Webster, the popular inspirational deputy principal of The Parkside Federation. Angela died tragically at the age of 49 from a brain haemorrhage on 20th January 2007. The trust has been set up to provide financial assistance to students of the City of Cambridge Education Foundation who, because of a shortage of cash at home, would otherwise be unable to participate in extra curricular activities such as school trips and music lessons. |
The Foundation was established to control the freehold and leasehold of buildings from which two Cambridge city foundation schools are run - Coleridge and Parkside. The trustees include her husband, professional colleagues and friends, and her sister. For further information regarding the City of Cambridge Education Foundation please visit www.parksidefederation.org.uk . Cambridge Evening News article. Special Event On 2.30pm Saturday 17 November 2007 a tree was planted in Angela's memory at Parkside School. |
